Ingredients:

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 3 cups water (boiling)
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Boil water and steep the green tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and allow the tea to cool.
  3. Add lemon slices and honey to taste.
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Why it’s good: Green tea is rich in catechins, antioxidants that support liver function and fat metabolism.
