Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic-lemon mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
Why it’s good: Garlic has sulfur compounds that help the liver detoxify, and omega-3 fatty acids in salmon support overall liver function.
