Ingredients:
- 2 green tea bags
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 3 cups water (boiling)
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Boil water and steep the green tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and allow the tea to cool.
- Add lemon slices and honey to taste.
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
Why it’s good: Green tea is rich in catechins, antioxidants that support liver function and fat metabolism.
