Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic-lemon mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

Why it’s good: Garlic has sulfur compounds that help the liver detoxify, and omega-3 fatty acids in salmon support overall liver function.
