Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 green apple (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Why it’s good: Turmeric contains curcumin, which has powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and ginger helps improve digestion, both of which support liver health.
